I was calling around asking dental offices if they were accepting new patients. Dr. Lasky answered the phone. He was extremely rude throughout the phone call and asked in a devaluing tone, "Who referred you to this office?" I immediately decided not to choose this office, even though it would have been extremely convenient for me. Be careful how you speak to potential clients over the phone.
