The women at the front desk are very rude. I believe that when you are in customer service, a smile goes a long way. Or even a "How are you." for that matter. Patients seem to be an inconvenience to the ladies out front. It's sad that my daughter hates to go there because of them. They are your offices first impression. Dr. Walde does great work and if it wasn't for him, we would definitely be getting treated somewhere else.
