1My first two visits to the eye doctor were with an associate of the office and those two visits went surprisingly well. Fast forward to one year later and I have my annual exam which I figured I would schedule with the owner of the practice - what a mistake that was! I ask how long it would be before I see the doctor and they tell me he is running late, but no one had the courtesy to call and let me know yet they want 24 hours before you cancel your appointment or you will be charged.
