1Beware of the front office help, Donna is a nightmare! She is extremely rude and should not be in customer service for any reason. You make an appointment and have a card for a certain time and date, then they try and tell you your appointment is a week later. They take no responsibility for their errors. The appointment before we also had issues, I came at the time I was told on the reminder call and the doors were locked, I called and they said I was late which was not true. Staff unorganized!
