I had made an appointment for a dental exam and cleaning. Dr. Burgard started the exam by sticking every tooth at the gum , taking measuring to show that she recommended doing what is called a gum planning (cost before insurance is over $1000). When I said that I did not want the gum planning service, she responded by refusing to do a general teeth cleaning and did not proceed with the rest of the examination. She then left the room and sent in the assistant to release me..
I miss you, Dr. Paz and all your staff! Everytime I visited my sister in Warrenton, I'd pay you a visit as well and was NEVER disappointed! But now my sister has moved to Texas - bummer! So, I had to find another dentist - and I haven't found a A#1 dentist like you yet! Keep up the great work - and come to Mexico! I could use a cleaning! We have medical caravans and you'd be welcome!! (Next one in June!).
