11We had an emergency situation with my 97-year-old father, and Dr. Shulkin had immediately scheduled an appointment for us. It was intended to be a brief appointment, but it turned out to be a much longer one, and Dr. Shulkin and his staff worked during their lunchtime in order to finish everything. As a result, they did much more than what we were hoping for; my father felt fine afterwards, didn\'t even take his pain medication. Everything went perfectly, and we were extremely moved by the amo
