5STAY AS FAR AS POSSIBLE FROM THIS LOCATION/OFFICE My experience with the front desk is: ME-Hi I came 2 months ago for the $57 special but I m seeing another dentist now.I would like a copy of my bite-wings x-rays and the treatment plan.they didn't charge me(surprised) OLD BLONDE LADY(Front desk)-No problem,and she e-mails me the "bite-wings x-rays and treatment plan". ME-So that's all the right stuff right? FRONT DESK-yes you are all set I left forwarded the e-mail to my other dentist just him to tell me that they sent me the wrong x-rays pano film INSTEAD OF BITE-WINGS.2 days later I call Haley picks up, I asked for the same thing(bite-wings) clarifying my dentist said is NOT the right one.He needs the bitewings X-rays NOT the pano film.She charged me $25 sent me another email forwarded to my dentist again and its STILL the wrong one I call them again ME--Haley picks up I would like a copy of my bitewing X-rays my dentist told me you sent me the wrong one. HALEY--Karen the office manager sent you the email hold on KAREN--We never took bitewing X-rays for you ME--2 times I'm asking for bitewing X-rays and you sent me the pano film .what kind of IDIOTS work in your office?Do you guys know what bitewing X-rays are?I want my refund now. 3 weeks later (long time) got my $25 refund NEVER AGAIN HERE
