This is a horrible place to come and get dental services. they scam you in anyway possible. i got scammed with them telling me that they took my insurance. it turns out that they weren't and i had to pay out of pocket. when i called to inquired about the bill, they threatened me to send me to collection right there and then if i didn't pay. they never told me why the insurance didnt pay them. they're werent straight and up front from the beginning. Horrible place!!.
If you are looking for a dentist, do not go to Dental Care of Walnut Creek. Do not chose Dr. Yi or Dr. Greenfield as your dentists. Do not go to them for your invisalign treatment. Go to a trained orthodontist. Dr. Greenfield was eager to take the thousands of dollars to correct a minor cosmetic problem with invisalign. After a year and a half of treatment, they gave me a new functional problem—malocclusion which made it difficult to bite and terrible jaw and headaches. I now have to have braces for 2 years and they refuse to refund the thousands of dollars I spent for a botched treatment. They are not professionals. Invisalign with general dentists is a scam.
Dr. Gole is very patient, very professional. Dentist's chair has always been like a nightmare for me but Dr. Gole proved it wrong. I am so glad I found her, she made all my treatments so comfortable that now I am not scared and worried to get rid of all my cavities . And also a big Thumbs up for her staff Amy and Sarka, they are super helpful and patient. And a plus Dr. Gole speaks marathi, Hindi languages other than english, sometimes it's easy to explain your problems in your native language. A doctor who really cares. I definitely recommend her..

Hygienist and dentist backup were excellent - gentle, and thorough. Office staff - great!!! Excellent help/support with billing. Dr. Mattingly, his dental assistant and lab had difficulty fitting me with crowns that allowed for my bite to work prorperly. Dr. Mattingly also, unfortunately was not able to find source of original pain complaint; and eventually referred me to root canal doctor who was unwilling to complete the treatment on the fourth root, which resulted in the tooth having to be extracted. My circumstances may not be reflective of those usually experienced, but did lead me to finding another dentist. Because of the cooperativeness of staff and Dr. Mattingly I give an overall rating of 3..
