2I was told my insurance was in network, then found out I was not when I received a large bill. When I approached them about this, they then told me that they are not in network and it was not their responsibility to know if they are in network. On the contrary, it is their responsibility to properly inform their patients.

2I was given a \"proposed treatment plan\" for a crown. I was to pay half (which I did) and my insurance plan would pay the other half. My insurance paid a very small portion ($400). It will now cost me another $800?? out of pocket. Dr. Chantry\'s billing department in Yuba City response is their \"proposed treatment plan is not accurate, my crown was in the wrong location, I choose the dental plan.\" I had the fallen off crown and was told not to put back on. An unhappy patient.
