I went in needing wisdom teeth out and a deep cleaning. Now I can't even brush my teeth due to pain, not to mention he did other things he never advised me he was going to do. My husband and I are now in the hole $1,400 and our insurance paid him any additional $2,000. Can't believe I came out of the dentist with worse teeth. Thanks, Dr Heath..
STAFF & Doctor RUDE, RUDE, RUDE. Very Unprofessional and NASTY attitudes. Save yourself a disappointing appointment and stay away! Walkertown NEEDS other options for dentistry, but until then go to Kernersville or Winston..
I am self pay and needed a back tooth pulled. I went in and the staff was nice so was Dr.Heath.They did my xray and pulled the problem tooth. I was not sent home with antibiotics or pain medication. I was told to take Tylenol as needed I called to ask for pain meds since tylenol wasnt helping. They told me no.I'm glad they think teeth being pulled doesn't cause pain. I won't be going back. I'm not a pill head just someone in pain. They had no issue taking 250 bucks from me but now won't help.
