Dr. Owens is WONDERFUL however his wife, Lindsey, is the front desk manager and also does his estimates. She's VERY rude, nasty and acts as if she's better than you! She actually called me incompetent because I question why a simple extraction was being up-coded to a surgical extraction. Her response was because the tooth was in bone...although ALL teeth are. She explained that because the dentist only makes 30$ when billing threw insurance they code it surgical so the insurance won't cover it therefore he makes more money off me.. couldn't believe she said that to me. That my friend is fraud! Stay far away. It's such a shame because the dentist is so great but she ruins it for him. The reviews, which all say, she's rude are accurate and hopefully he sees them before he loses all his patients because of her. She's his wife so after all, how much trouble will she get in for being disrespectful to patients?!??

Fast, thorough, careful, very concerned about good pain management and just excellent with kids. My daughter was pretty much traumatized by another dentist, and while she still doesn\'t enjoy dentist visits, she tolerates them without going to pieces now. And my six-year old son is upset we can\'t go there every week! Also the office is very well managed. Everybody is friendly and goes out of their way to make the experience as good as possible. I never had to wait longer than 5 minutes.
