Has the bedside manner of a turnip. Goes beyond being uncaring whether he causes pain and in fact defends doing it, repeatedly. Refused to prescribe pain medication for a highly infected tooth, instead advised that the antibiotic would cause intense pain to be relieved in a few days. Wouldn't recommend this jerk to a dog. The only thing that explains his actions is that he's prejudiced against Caucasians. AVOID AT ALL COST.
