I had a cavity on my front tooth so I went to get it taken care of. For some reason she used dark filling on my front tooth. It looked absolutely awful. After a year I got a cleaning with a different dentist. They were absolutely appalled by the work Dr. Bain had done and removed it immediately, I had no clue it was fixable. He replaced the filling with resin and it looks 100x better. Dr. Bain refused to speak with me about the issue and directed me towards her lawyers when I asked her reasoning.
Was told if I pay half of my total for an upper partial last year...I could wear it home that day. Now, the office is telling me i am to pay half when the impression is taken and the other half the date I wear it home. I like this office ...but am disappointed they switched up on me like that... And it was rudely told to me .. "we don't just let things walk out of here half paid" I was taken back by that..
We absolutely love Dr. Streiter!!! She has very friendly staff!!! She takes care of my entire family's dental needs!!! She's the best!!!.
Hands down the best dentist in Wabash! I called for an emergency and being a new patient, her receptionist found a way to squeeze me in her schedule and even got me in sooner! After brief paperwork, I was brought right back and treated for my ailment. Dr. Streiter is so professional and made sure I felt no pain. I felt 100% better leaving her office. ��.
Dr mattern is nice. I've been going to him since the early 90s & his office looks exactly the same as it did then.As far as quality of work he does, I would say he is an average dentist.His dental hygienist does an excellent job. She is very thorough, & does a great job explaining what she is doing. However, the front office staff are not friendly. They look annoyed when patients walk in, & I rarely hear a hello. I have even heard them talk badly about other patients while I'm waiting.
