Doctor Omid is very kind and very professional. Unfortunately his office supervisor Cindy who is also the receptionist is the the most unpleasant and rude person I have ever encountered. Unfortunately you can deal with doctor Omid unless you deal with her first. She handles all your important documents and sensitive info. I do not feel comfortable with her at all. So unless they have a change in management I do t think my family or I will be going back which is very unfortunate..

I cant say enough how about how great Dr Farahmand and Laverne are. I had not seen a dentist in over 2 years and am a nervous patient, but from the moment I walked in the door, I felt totally at ease. Laverne was amazing and walked me through what they would be doing at that appointment. Dr Farahmand was clear and honest about what treatment I needed and why. My treatment has been painless and i am on a plan of regular cleanings. They are accommodating and flexible with appointments and handle insurance and billing quickly and professionally. All round, a great dental practice..
I chose Dr. Farahmand from my insurer's list of in-network dentists specifically because of the reviews I'd encountered here on Yelp while comparing options, and I haven't been disappointed. Dr. Farahmand and Laverne are both warm, welcoming, and direct, which I greatly appreciate. I've never felt pressured to explore procedures or "add ons," as I've sometimes encountered at other dentist offices. It's worth noting that parking around the office is a little tricky, but there is side street availability a block or two away. Also, I cleared all my coverage with my insurer directly beforehand, which is a practice I have before visiting any new healthcare provider. When I've had questions in these areas, Laverne and Dr. Farahmand have been helpful and up front. They're considerate of my comfort, efficient with my time, and truly pleasant to interact with. If I'm taking an hour out of my day to see a healthcare provider of any kind, those are the qualities I'm looking for. Highly recommended!.
Dr Farahmand is so welcoming and has a wonderful 'bedside manner'. This was my first visit but it seems I finally found a really good dentist.Also, Laverne could not have made the entire process easier..
