3Entered the store at 9:05 am, and was the only customer. Of the three clerks, the one at the counter began with a complaint of how tired he was. It took 20 minutes for him to successfully login to the Verizon site, then he sent me to the kiosk to pay my bill instead of accepting it at the counter, and the interface asked for my social security number! Returning to the counter for help, to exchange a cable box, all three were more interested in watching the basketball game rerun on the TV than providing help. And that's just a portion of a phenomenally unprofessional exchange.
