got my kid braces there...huge mistake. miss an appointment and it\'s at least a month wait to get an appointment then you have to wait 5 hours after your appointmnet to get 15 minutes worth of work done.. horrible service. they were o.k. the first few months but the last 18 months...horrible. even thought of reporting them to the dental board...called them and everything
