Had a crown fall off that Dr. Clagett had put on. Either did not bother to review records stating that crown was initially put on 18 months ago or chose to ignore it. But charged me $138 to re-cement it. Wrote to office manager asking for a refund and was told a check would go out to me immediately. 5 days later, no check...it had never been written or mailed. Ended up disputing charge with cc company to recover my $138.

I live in Tampa. I had an extraction that was a big problem a month later. I was up in Dahlonega, Ga and she got me in and explained the problem. Gave me meds and a rinse and saw her the following week. She watched that it was healing properly.
