How Patients Feel
POSITIVEPatient Reviews
3Dr. Nosrat and his staff are very nice and professional. No complaints there. However, The offices are wide open, meaning no privacy whatsoever. I heard the woman next to me telling someone that she was diabetic. How can that be HIPAA compliant in any way? Dr. Nosrat barely looked at the x-rays or my teeth before declaring that i required a root canal and an additional $240 worth of x-rays. He said that to every patient in the office (privacy issues, see above). When called out on it, he immediately waived the need for it, which told me he never really needed it in the first place. Overall, horrible experience there. Hated the offices. Staff was fine, but I did not trust them at all.
