Best dentist ever!.
I rated Sutherland T Shaun DDS with "HATED IT" because their office personnel are not able to provide competent customer service. They messed up and are not willing to take responsibility and apologize or work with you to solve the problem. They "can't recall" the moment when I presented my new insurance and of course my insurance was never billed or notified, my old insurance was confused and even paid the 80% co-pay (yes, I had an awesome insurance company). They were not able to call me or my spouse to notify us on what was happening. I understand their policies, but if they had paid attention to the paperwork I gave them and done their job, this would have never happened in the first place. After 6 months, I call back Sutherland's office and they treated me as if I was refusing to pay, they even told me that they wont accept me as a patient anymore. That was great for me because I will not trust incompetent people and services. So they messed up my paper work, they did not charge my new insurance, and they treat me horrible as if I wanted free services. I do not usually write reviews, but I will not let other customers be surprised by their bad services and horrible communication skills. Dr Sutherland is an OK dentist, I've had better. He is too tough working on your mouth so he ALWAYS has to use anesthesia to "avoid pain". .
Dr. Antonucci has been taking care of my teeth for several decades and he does an awesome job! He's sensitive to the anxiety that dental procedures can cause and has lots of ways to help you. I'd recommend him to anyone..
Told me insurance would cover my procedure, but got a bill from Seneca several weeks later and was forced to pay out of pocket. In addition, my insurance company told me that I was probably being overcharged, as the numbers didn't add up. Go elsewhere..
