1What a disappointment. I am left with a nasty scar on my face and he had no remedy except to tell me a scar is a scar!! He did a dermabrasion on my lip area got one side right and the other side he leaves me with a protruding noticeable scar and was only rude and irrational dealing with his disaster. His assistant pretended or really had no clue as she said she has never heard of such a thing. There are serious bad reviews regarding Richard Parfitt and they can be easily covered up, be sure to find them as he is not a fully trained plastic surgeon but an ears, nose and throat physician with some facial surgery training. When they tell you that he only does faces that is only telling you he is not fully qualified, be aware!!!!

1Terrible customer service. Only cares about making money. Does not listen to patients. The photo on this site is deceiving. We have never seen her that happy. Find another orthodontist. Receptionist Hillary is the only person in the office who treats you like a person and not a dollar. Always 15 minutes or more after the scheduled time. If we could leave zero stars we would. 1 star in a couple of categories is too generous.

1Dr. McDougal is an excellent doctor, but he is outstanding for caring about the patient experience. He performed two root canals for me. His expertise in injecting the anesthetic is amazing. I have had two other experiences with the same level of local anesthetic for dental procedures and his method is a welcomed improvement. He explains everything he is doing and delivers the post procedure instructions himself orally and in written form. Office staff and his hygenist are very warm, caring people just as he is.
