WARNING- DO NOT GO TO DR. MICHAEL CONWAY! One star is the lowest rating allowed; I wish I could give negative stars. Michael Conway is a careless, heartless dentist. I prefer dentists that have a nice bedside manner, have integrity and see the patient as more than just dollar signs. Here's what happened to me when I added a last minute teeth chip repair to my initial consultation appointment: -I had 2 lower teeth being worked on- he used the buffer tool at one point and quickly buffered my top teeth. I didn't approve any other areas to be touched. -He then accidentally sliced the inside of my lower lip with the buffer tool. It was about 1/4" long cut that went deep and bled like crazy. -No apology or words to console me. Just bluntly asked if I wanted stitches (he said the cut didn't require them, so I declined since I hate needles). -While the hygienist was helping me to control the bleeding, the dentist slipped out and never returned. -After what felt like 45 min (could've been less), the hygienist ushered me to the front to pay!! -I had to call my husband (with bloody gauze coming out of my mouth) to speak to the office to get them to understand that asking for payment after cutting my mouth open was not ok. The office manager agreed to not make us pay after this conversation. -The dentist never checked on me at any point or bothered to apologize (that day or later). I even mentioned to the hygienist while sitting in the payment chair that not receiving any sort apology was not ok. After the situation, my family called the dentist's office and asked for an email so I could understand what happened. The email came from the office manager, not the dentist, and he simply stated that my lip slipped (not true- his hand slipped and that's when the tool jammed right into my inner lip). No apologies. We are all human and make mistakes, but it's about how you handle the situation. An apology, comfort or some sort of demonstration of care is what patients need in horrific situations. To point out a few other concerns that were not related to the injury: -Dr. Conway puts his gloved hands all over the place (scratching his face, his glasses, the TV screen, etc) and then puts them in your mouth. So gross! -My fillings were added in at the last minute during the consultation. He is a great salesman, so just be warned that you are getting a stellar salesman as a dentist. I still question if I was talked into that procedure or not. -From above, I didn't ask for any other teeth other than my lower ones to be worked on and he quickly snuck in buffering my top ones. I do not know if this is illegal, but just highlighting this in case that point was missed.

I have had numerous dentists work with me over the years but Dr. Jenna is by far the best. Her chair side manner is fabulous. Her skills are top notch. Wouldn't use any other dental provider.

Stay away from this guy. He is a liar. He will make promises that he won\'t keep until he takes your money.
