Incompetant, unprofessional and very pushy. Told me I need a crown, and its \"no big deal\". Then sent the vulture in to tell me crown would be $2300 (we dont have insurance), but their $300 \"savings\" plan could save us \"up to 20%\". Then came every bad sales technique out there- fake empathy, scare tactics, and piles of transparent compliments. I walked out, got a 2nd opinion the next day (no crown needed), and found myself a \"real\" dentist. And they are trying to force appts.
