While if you asked me to rate Dr. R and his own staff for the past 15 years, it would be 6 stars. This new corporate Dentistry, "Gentle Dentistry" is so different, it is an awful experience. Find yourself a kinder dental office, there are a number of them around. Pass this one by!!.
