Went in for a root canal. Dr Evans did a good job. It was when Kristin who works the front took my payment and decided to add an extra $50 to my total due. I called and verified with Delta Dental who stated my portion was only $187. She charged me $237. Why?! So I called and asked for a refund to my card and she states she will mail out a check. It\'s been a month and still no refund. I think it\'s dishonest and a crook move to charge people more than they owe.... NOT ok.
