1Miscommunication among patient and staff. Doctor Miyamoto did not provided quality of treatment at time of visit. She charged for retainers that I (patient) did not requested for and Dr. Miyamoto blamed it on patient for her staff errors. Pictures and x-rays were taken after retainers had arrived at the office as all pictures and x-rays were supposed be taken before impression. I had to visit the office for double impressions for their mistake since they had broken the first impression. Staff never said that I needed to see the doctor for further consultation during both visits.
