I hate going to the dentist. I have this phobia of needles because of the dentist. But because of my experiences here and the experiences of the rest of my family I'm starting to not "like" but at least not mind coming for a visit..
Great hygienist but HORRIBLE office procedures. They waited until I was in the chair and the hygienist had started the cleaning procedure to tell me the insurance company wouldn't cover my periodontal cleaning. I guess it did not cross the business manager's mind to tell me, when they called to get me in for an earlier appointment, when I made the appointment or when she handed me a new health form to complete at the front counter. The excuse she gave for telling me in the chair was she thought it was better to tell me in-person. I hope after our discussion, she rethinks the process. Terrible, Terrible, Terrible way to do business..
