We were referred to Dr. Plessas by our dentist and the experience has been extremely positive. My wife and I had two separate consultations with Dr. Plessas prior to deciding. His office followed up to see if we had questions. We have never had to wait more than 5 minutes when we arrived for appointments. He thoroughly described the steps that would be involved and answered all of our questions. His demeanor with our daughter, who was very nervous, has been exceptional. The results have been as expected. We have no reason to distrust him. If you want to compare try the Delta Dental "professionals" in Davis. In just over 14 months they changed my dentist 3 times promising to make improvements. Procedures they performed were incomplete and resulted in discomfort for months. I spoke with several patients while in the Davis waiting room and heard similar stories. In retrospect I should have filed complaints each time to help prevent others from suffering the same fate. With Delta Dental change was not good. I will never again rely upon a referral from them.
