10I just received a call from Chae Endodontics today claiming that I owed them money from a procedure 2 years ago. While this should have been a simple interaction the lady I spoke with was Extremely unprofessional, right from the get go. She couldn\'t tell me any of the steps they had taken to process the bill through my insurance or FSA account, stating that she didn\'t know because she didn\'t work there in 2019. I\'d assume the business would keep records of those things, but she insisted she didn\'t know because she didn\'t work there then. I thought that was a strange response, but when I continued to ask for more information in an attempt to verify what had, or hadn\'t, been done she informed me she was just going to run the card she had on file for me. I\'d like to be clear. She wouldn\'t tell me if they had billed my insurance. She wouldn\'t tell me if my FSA had paid anything. Instead of answering any of my questions she told me she was going to bill whatever card or mine they had on
