36Horrible experience. I went in for a crown in the fall and was told I needed to replace it. They charged me an insane price and told me it was urgent that I have a new one created. Since then, my crown has fell out 5 times. Flash forward to 2 weeks ago, my crown fell out again and this time they offered to have the lab create a new one. Then, they decide to cancel my appointment saying my temporary crown will not fall out. The next day, it fell out and now here I am stuck with no crown protecting my tooth. This dental office is nothing but hungry for money and then leave you hanging with no response. They informed me to send me credit card information so they can refund the money. No email back confirming payment.They said we will give you a call in 30 minutes? No phone call back. From my experience, they scare the heck out of you saying everything is urgent and try to get you to sign up for a dental credit card.
