Dr. Chhitiz Shrestha is the WORST dentist in Philadelphia. I highly recommend that you do not go to him. He's rude, always late, has a terrible bedside manner, he's a bully. I paid $3,000 for major dental care and I have nothing to show for it. He has no compassion for people nor does he know how to talk to someone. He doesn’t listen to anything you have to say. He may have “some,” not much of book smarts, but he knows nothing when it comes to finding the best solution for a patient and he basically just doesn’t care. If you got to him, GO AT YOUR OWN RISK!.
Been to Michelle a few time new to the area always had insurance well didnt pay attention to her billing me til i switched insurance with a company with no deductible but she keep charging me called my insurance to verify and the also said she wasnt suppose to charge me let her here with my insurance said about false charges being illegal so on and so she immediately got upset refused service after falsely charging me and my insurance would not recommend this rude scamming dentist to anyone.
Dr. J. Civillico is one of the best dentists in the area. His staff is probably one of the main reasons I keep going back. The receptionist and dental hygienist are extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. Civillico isn't a "Scheister", he doesn't see his patients as dollar signs, which is rare in his profession. I am very pleased with him and will continue to see him in the future. Also, his new office is gorgeous and in and great new location!.
