7They left me without a front tooth and are now holding my crown for ransom! They didnt get pre-authorization so my insurance didn\'t pay, so NOW, AFTER they put a temporary crown on, they tell me I owe A LOT of money and won\'t help me until I pay. They knew I have medicaid so they knew I wouldn\'t be able to pay and should\'ve discussed my treatment plan with me FIRST... But, now, because of THEIR improper procedures to ensure payment via insurance BEFORE performing a procedure and because they failed to set proper patient expectations BEFORE creating a very large bill for that patient, who obviously would not be able to pay out of pocket, I am left covering my mouth when I speak and unable to smile. And, their response is literally \"we will not help until you pay us\". Now that I\'m left without a front tooth, they refuse to finish what they started. I don\'t even know if another dentist will be able to fix this since he already filed claim. Office staff blocked me. RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!
