Probably had the worst experience of my life at this clinic. The nurse was very kind and understanding but everything else was horrible. Before my procedure I had asked if I were going to be given anesthetic and I was told yes I would be numbed from the waist down. All I was given was probably a pain killer that all it did was make me feel sleepy and some Motrin . At the time of the procedure I had asked if I were going to be given the anesthetic I was then told only if necessary. turns out I never did receive any and I felt the entire process being done I was in extreme pain and had repeatly asked the doctor to stop and give me anestetic and completely ignored my request. Worst experience ever. To top it all off the doctor gave me a prescription on an old prescription slip so once I went to the pharmacy they told me those prescription slips were no longer valid and required a bar code, so I honestly don't know how this clinic had been prescribing meds to patients for this long knowing those slips aren't valid anymore. Had to wait at least 3 hours for my prescription to be called in and processed. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here.. At least not to have an abortion done unless you want to be completely awake and conscious while having it done.

Do not recommend Universal Dental. My wife was a new patient, they show new patient exams and x-rays $39.00. She had an exam, x-rays, and three according to Dr Jack small cavities filled. My bill total was $1099.00 dollars! The first question I asked “Do you accept my insurance?”. They told me yes we accept your insurance…a lie! They’re not in my insurances network. They summited the insurance claim for the exam, was denied due to out of network. Dr Jack want ahead an filled the cavities, leaving me 100 percent the bill. Told me what I wanted to hear to get me in the door! The quality of work was fine, everything else I wasn’t happy with! They will take you for every penny they can get. Wanted to do upwards of $20k worth of work! Felt like I got scammed!! Darin Funderburg
