We just moved to Tyler and my little girls were due for a routine dental cleaning. We went with Dr. Babin, and boy was that a mistake. I have NEVER dealt with someone SO rude. They were rude to the kids and were especially rude to me. We showed up early and didnt have to wait long. My oldest had routine Xrays done. The nurse was rude to my 5yo because she wasnt staying still enough, and she had to move the camera again. This was over several mins too. The doc was extremly rude to me, talking down and told me he was on a schedule and i wanted to embellish the trip, i would need to do so on my own time. We'll im so sorry for making the trip to the dentist as enjoyable as possible. While all this was going on, i over heard the the nurses talking about how they didnt understand why their schedule wasnt booked up for the summer since the kids are out of school and that they didnt even have anything on the books for August at all. Well know i know why, because they are RUDE!!!!!!! Please save yourself some time, energy, and effort, DO NOT got to Dr. Babin!!!!!!! You will be glad you waited to get a appointment somewhere else!!! Your kids will too!!!
