We are a military family. When I told the receptionist we didn't have an insurance card because one is not provided to us, she laughed with a smirk. Her reply to me was how difficult it was to find the billing address. I had already given her the insurance company name and the billing social. She was so rude, I told her never mind we don't want to be seen. I couldn't imagine dealing with her every time we went to the dentist. I've never received such rudeness when visiting a dentist.
