he is a terrible Doctor, and deserves no good compliments. when I took my child who was 4 and was scared and crying he told her if she didn't hush that he was going to send me and my husband out of the room and we couldn't see her until she was done. doesn't even deserve one star

The service provided by the staff and Dr. Burgess is outrageous. Upon contacting the company to setup a appointment for my 2 kids age 3 and 4 I was denied services and advised several times of a note on my daughters account. No one was will to give me a explanation why she was not allow or any appointment from myselft and I have never been to this facility before a day in my life. My daughter who has had services there was taking by her aunt. I confirmed this wasn't due to a outstanding balance.
