1Staff was very friendly and nice. However, when I made the appointment, they would NOT let me schedule my 18 month old's appointment later in the day (so she would've been able to get a nap). So, it was scheduled for 11am, as they said it was the latest toddler appointment they could make. I walked in at 10:50 with my paperwork already filled out as instructed, and was sent to the waiting room. We waited over an hour to be called back, people who had gotten there after us were called back before my child. I figure it is because we had medicaid, and the ones who had "real" insurance were called back before us. It took all of 15 minutes for my child to get her check-up, and they couldn't have called us back sooner, as to get it over with before we waited over an hour (with a cranky child)? They called us back just as I was picking up our things to leave. Needless to say, I will not reschedule another appointment with this clinic. There was no reason we should have had to wait that long for a 15 minute check-up and get passed up on our appointment time by people who got there after we had already been there for 45 minutes. If they aren't going to let parents schedule an appointment at a time convenient for their child to already get their nap in, they should NOT make the child wait an hour AFTER the latest toddler appointment!
