very communicative. I felt I knew what was going on before it started happening. only complaint is that when I was prepped for a root canal, there were two times when I was waiting for the Dr. to return - while I was sitting with a mouth full of rubber shield and got uncomfortable. I\'m borderline claustrophobic, if I can use that term here. used lots of concentrated effort not to pull the whole mess out of my mouth. as long as I was being worked on I was fine.
