How Patients Feel
POSITIVEPatient Reviews
4Horrible experience. The dentist does not listen to your concerns, or take your past medical history into consideration. I advised her before beginning a procedure, that my body typically rejects numbing medication. I agreed to let her try her method of numbing, before exploring other options. Part 1 of the oral surgery went horrible, and as expected, my body rejected the numbing injections. After part 1 of an oral surgery, and her numbing me 5 times because I could feel everything, I returned for part 2 and was denied any additional options. Only when I started questioning why, did she reveal she was expecting and it wasn\'t safe for HER. Had I known that the first time, I would have requested a different dentist. I completely understand her stance, but to out right lie to your patients is unacceptable. Therefore, once again, I felt the entire procedure with unbearable pain for the 2 1/2 hour surgery, with her having to continuously stop, to give me a numbing shot t
