I went in for a broken tooth (the tooth was missing a filling). It had been like this for many months and I had no pain or issues at all. The dentist decided to put in a temp filling but the dental assistant and the dentist did NOT clean the tooth prior to putting the filling in and the next day I started having pain and now 3 days later I have extreme pain, swelling in my jaw and a fever. It’s hard to eat because it’s tender and hurts so bad. I didn’t realize till I thought back on the visit that they didn’t use any water, air, antiseptic....nothing to clean the tooth!.
I want to make it clear that I love Dr. Moran I only had problem with his staff. I made a call for an emergency appointment for my daughter and was treated rudely. The woman was condescending and was more worried about giving judgmental opinions instead of answering my question of if I could get help for my daughter. I was very upset and will not be returning because I was very offended by the things this woman said implying I was a bad mother..
He is the best dentist I have ever had. When he retires I will have to stop eating!.
