3I have a policy with Delta Dental. I needed a root canal for an infection. I was not told when they checked my insurance plan, that I had a waiting period of 12 months before I could have the root canal performed. To my surprise, when I received my bill, that the service was not covered by Delta Dental. when I called the office I found the person in billing not helpful and did not care about listening to me about this suprise charge. They did not check on what my policy covered.
