My mom has been using Dr. Coyles office for thirty years. She now uses Dr. Vaid, and likes him, and his office just as much as when she had Dr. Coyle. I just want to say thank you for taking care of her all of these years. Today you did something special for her friend, and took care of her healthcare needs, as she doesn\'t have much income. Also awful. Dr. Ballard was not receptive to questions or forthcoming with answers. He used intimidation to try to keep my son quiet. He was rude and condescending and refused to complete work. The moment I questioned him regarding my son’s comfort he became angry and aggressive. It was obvious that he was covering something up. I believe that the laughing gas and novacaine were not really administered. I recommend that you NEVER leave your child alone with him.
