6My children have been patients of Dr. T\'s for 17 years. I can confirm that Dr. T is great with the kids, but his office manager and front desk staff are very challenging and aggressive with appointments and x-rays. Last year, one of our family members was in the final stages of cancer and was in in-home hospice. We missed two appointments with Dr. T. and a nasty letter was sent to us saying that all future appointments had been canceled. I called to pay the fee and expressed my disappointment in the letter. The office manager said don\'t worry about it and she would call me back. I never heard back but then tried to reschedule the appointments offering to pay the fee. They won\'t schedule the appointment because the fees were never paid, but I did not receive any follow up requests. Sadly, it seems that either Dr. T or his staff are focused so much on the money and do not care about the patients at all. I am still trying to resolve this and would gladly edit the review if resolved
