Saw me on an emergency dental situation and was very helpful and thorough..
I left his place after a cleaning and slid and fell on the steps that were covered with slush--they had a lot of snow on them and only some salt dumped down the middle, which made a very slippery slush. Only the deck near the door was cleared; the ramp had 4 inches of snow on it and it was not cleared, and the steps had snow on them and were not cleared--they had only footprints up the middle and some salt in the middle. The fall caused severe bruising and an injured back. I went in and told them about the fall and the slushy steps, and they shrugged their shoulders, so I left. I called and asked them to pay for chiropractor for my injured back, but the dentist would only recommend that I go to his chiropractor at my own expense. He also said he was busy inside and did not have time to clear the steps and ramp outside. I am very sore, have severe bruising, my back aches and is stiff, and he offered no help for my injuries. I will never recommend him..
Staff is great. Dr. Paulson does not seem to care about anything but money. I can't even chew on the side of my mouth he worked on, over 4 months ago. It is super easy to get an appointment though. lol.
Haven't been to a dentist in over a decade... The snowball effect of fear and paranoia just got worse with every year i kept not going. Finally went in to Aspen because sensitivity and damage are very apparent now. I was reqdy for lectures and thousands of dollars to spend. I have 9 fillings that need to be done or repaired from the past and with my basic insurance i'm getting away for under.
My life has been one of shameful misery since losing my broken shards of teeth. But, two hours at Aspen Dental gave me hope and offered affordable relief. Dr. Ead, and his most capable, friendly staff, Reignited my hopeful spirit, it has given me The Incredible Gift... Of soon being able to LAUGH. ????????
