Dr. Orrick and every member of the staff I have encountered are very competent and kind. The professional and warm demeanor in the office instills confidence and eases anxiety. Also, this level of procedure is costly, and Rachel has been extremely helpful in explaining all charges and coordinating an agreed schedule of payment. I have to drive about 25 minutes to reach this office, and I am happy to do it for the experience they offer. Plus, I did not feel the shots at all, so that is a big plus.
Worst. Very disappointed. No explain. Did not explain first. Delayed 2nd visit >2weeks due to extra paper works. 3 month later, send a double bill..
