Dr. Gandy ia a dentist with not just great professional skills, but a compassionate one as well. Never enjoyed going to the Dentist, but she has certainly changed my mind, always a big plus for the patient who dreads having dental work done. Would highly recommend her to friends and family..
Seems weird to love a Dentist office right? I know it is.... Truth is as a 45 year old guy who had braces put on at 42 It made sense to find a caring and attentive dentist that would help me maintain the investment in my smile. (the money I spent on my teeth I could have bought a nice motorcycle) Dr. Nooraee and Dr. Gandy are the pinnacle of dentistry, the office has state of the art technology, SUPER sweet staff and convenience is their specialty. (I don't know who my dentist is as they really are twins) I think I like them both though. This review also needs to mention Kay (best hygienist EVER) my most favorite person there, I have spent most of my time with her and there is no one better. NO ONE!!! Seriously, Kay is super professional and dedicated and truly cares about me keeping up (yes Kay I am trying to floss more) my smile. Look you have to take care of your teeth why not go somewhere where people make you feel good about doing it? .
We are new in town. My 5 year old had a tooth that died as a baby. Instead of falling out, it cracked off and part of it was still left in his gums. They got us in quickly the day I called (they did have a cancellation) The entire staff was friendly and nice to the kids (my 3 yr old had to go with us) Dr. Noorae was great with my son and was able to remove the rest of his tooth during our visit. She talked him through the entire procedure. They also gave me detailed info on my insurance benefits before performing the procedure. I was so pleased that I scheduled cleanings for the entire family. Also, very clean up to date facility. .
This place might be clean and nice looking but don't be fooled. Their staff do not know what they are doing. I went in for cleaning and they had to do some fillings. Since they did that I've been having so many issues with my teeth. My teeth hurt and the fillings feel rough and so unnatural. I went back to see if they could fix the issues and I was told everything was fine. They are clearly not fine and it's all caused by the work that they did. Save yourself the pain and money..
this is a sorry business. i do not recommend this place, they do not back up their work. i went in for a crown, wound up getting a so called upgrade tooth. i wanted a regular metal crown but nok,they insisted on the upgrade. stupid me. the tooth was never put in right. went back a couple of times to try to fix it and they did a sloppy job. a year later the tooth cracks and falls apart,but they refuse to fix it because i never went for a cleaning. i am a working man who doesn't have much money but they don't give a rat's behind. i went back the other day and they still refuse to fix it. i am walking around with a cracked and chipped tooth that is falling apart bit by bit. thank you promenade for the defective tooth. i hope i don't choke on a piece of defective tooth. take your business else where,i am. they don't deserve a rating,but the site says to pick one..
