Terrible experience. Made an appointment for a cleaning and was told they would not clean my teeth unless they did scaling first. After scaling I was told to make an appointment 3-4 months from now for a cleaning. They scaled 4 teeth an did not touch the rest of my teeth. Seems that their main objective is to get you on an periodontal plan..
As a child... I was belted into the Dentist chair and drilled before the numbing took effect.... THAT WAS A BETTER APPOINTMENT THAN WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!.
I would NOT recommend him at at! He did not even want to spend much time with me to help me resolve my problem and then when I left the office I called back and requested a phone call back to ask a question and yet to this day NO ONE has bothered to return my phone call. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this dentist at all!!!.

My first visit was opening day for the office, every person on staff was warm and welcoming, compassionate and caring. Crystal set up my treatment plan and was very professional and relatable. I have since returned for my first treatment appointment with Jessica, and being someone who has had negative experiences with prior dental offices, and was extremely nervous, Jessica was absolutely amazing! She performed my first gum treatment flawlessly with no discomfort at all ! She was friendly and walked me through every step and made sure I fully understood everything. It’s a wonderful thing not to be fearful anymore, in fact I look forward to my next visit ???? Thank you, Jessica and everyone at Aspen, Titusville!!!.
