Staff unwilling to work to schedule timely appointments. They're closed every Friday, 1-2 days Your told to scheduled an appointment within 2 weeks, and they have NO openings for 2 months. They also closed on a snowy day and didn't bother to call or have an office voicemail or website notification to notify patients. Six hours later a call to schedule resulted in a two month wait again!
