HORRIBLE!!!! My sister had a simple implant extraction procedure done on a Tuesday. By Tuesday night, she was still pouring blood and having quarter-sized clots. She went to ER and physician and nurse said it wasn't from the surgical site, but beside it. They had to put SurgiCel three times to get it to slow down. The worst thing is that it was so bad that the ER physician called Dr. Hughes's cell phone and left a message. Dr. Hughes never responded. The office was closed the next day and she was still bleeding. She called and left a message, but no response. Day #3 She was told to come back. When She showed him the ER documentation and described what happened, he was so rude and mean and said that the ER physician didn't know what he was talking about and he didn't believe it was bleeding and for me NOT to come back. This is after She have already paid him for my implant. JUST HORRIBLE!!!!.
