When I called their office for an appointment, I was told they accepted my discount dental program and was given an appointment 2 months out. I stopped at their office to fill out the form to get my X-rays and chart transferred over (I told them I had just had X-rays). I called a week later to confirm they received my chart and was told they would call me back, which never happened. They called me a day before my appointment to reschedule, which was then another 2 months. Again, they called a week before to tell me they never received my chart and would have to do x-rays. I would NEVER recommend this unprofessional office. What a disappointment..
horrible, horrible , horrible.
Had my first root canal Dr Gaitan left tools stuck in a root then two weeks later covered the mistake with a crown. Charged me full price $2000 for his work. The Dr mentioned nothing about his cover up until 18 months after I went to another dentist who said the tooth was infected and had dentistry tools in it. Tooth Has been destroyed and needs To be extracted. Please do not go to him..
My experience wasn't very positive there. Good luck if you decide to go there. Read all the reviews..
Beware Beware Beware. My wife has been trying to get $137.00 that she overpaid for about six weeks now.the only thing we get is we will call you and send you a check but we get no check and no calls.Lots of runaround..
Used a coupon for $59 X-rays/exam/cleaning and requested nitrous oxide. They said ok on phone but when I got there no nitrous and they refused to do the cleaning (even tho I paid for it). They said I needed "deep cleaning" for $880 instead, even tho I never allowed them near my mouth with their instruments to check teeth without nitrous first. Everything I've read online says they have to check "pocket depths" around gums to determine if deep cleaning is needed. That never happened. Bait and switch! Don't be fooled!.
