Will not be back at LIV. 1 star (0 to 5). Avg (slightly) below dental visit & post-exam billing experience. Set up appointment to see Dr Steffens (when I arrived was forced to see someone else). For ‘dental’ exam, exam lasted <5 mins & although billed as ‘comprehensive’ - time spent speaking w/ dentist over exam was hardly comprehensive & little info provided about review/information on my teeth. Unexpected Billing, as new patient had prior x-rays sent to Dr. Steffens & assured by staff that I would not incur out of pocket costs (I shared insurance info w/ staff to verify). Staff agreed & I was assured no out of pocket costs. Weeks later, was told I was responsible for $40 for visit. Mis-communication or otherwise, had I been told I would have had out of pocket costs; I would have gone elsewhere. If LIV would nickel/dime for $40, what else might office do to make an extra $. Prescribe unnecessary treatment? Perhaps others may have a better experience but I won’t be back..
Awful experience left in gas for almost 2 hours while he went and took care of 2 other patients and then blamed me for being being schedule. Also did not complete the job! Unbelievable !!!!.
Dr. Henderson performed a root canal on my tooth and the tooth never healed properly. He could not figure out why the tooth was bothering me so he sent me to a specialist. Specialist said i had a small infection in my tooth and the root canal had to be redone. Dr. Henderson would not credit or discount the 2nd procedure therefore costing me another $600 out of my pocket. I do not recommend Dr. Henderson or Monarch Dental due to the issue listed above..
